![]() ![]() After that's done and I take care of any followup, the weekly done list and all cards in it get archived and a new blank 'done this week' list is created. During my use, Ive completed 25,526 tasks. My initial list looked long, but I didn’t think it was too long. In my case, those 'done today' cards move daily to a 'done this week' list, which I review with my manager in a weekly 1:1 (it's like a little mini retrospective). At the time, it was regarded as one of the best task managers available. Step 2: Add up the percentages, trim your list, repeat. Then to the Done list when the task/meeting is completed. When I start the task or meeting I drag the card to the Doing list. I use the repeater power-up to make a copy of the recurring cards and put them in the 'today' list, with the time set slightly before the start of the workday (not when the event itself happens).
